      • Swedish Massage
        Swedish Massage is a relaxing and soothing type of massage that provides light-to-medium pressure. The masseuse will knead, roll, and manipulate muscles and soft tissue to help provide tension relief and ultimate relaxation.
      • Sports Massage/ Deep Tissue Massage
        Sports and Deep tissue massages focus on reducing muscle tension and enhancing circulation by using Firm pressure. This type of massage is great for people looking to work out knots and tension from sore, tired muscles or from specific musculoskeletal issues.

      • Which type of massage is right for me?
        Depending on what specific qualities in a massage you are looking for, a Swedish or Sports/Deep Tissue massage could be beneficial. Please give us a call so we can help you determine what’s right for you.
      • How much does a massage cost?
        Price differs for the type of massage and also the length of time. We offer 50 minute and 80 minute appointments for Swedish and Sports/ Deep Tissue massages. Please give us a call and we’d be happy to give you further details on pricing.
      • Will insurance cover my massage?
        No, unfortunately insurance does not cover massage services.
      • How will I feel after a massage?
        After a massage, you may feel some soreness; however, the goal is provide you stress and tension relief. We recommend drinking lots of water to help flush accumulated toxins that were released during the massage.
      • How often should I get a massage?
        Every 1-2 weeks if possible. Massage has many benefits both mentally and physically and we recommend coming on a continued basis for best possible outcomes.
