Orange County Physical Therapy (OCPT) thrives on providing the most optimal results in the least amount of sessions possible. We accomplish this by having a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) assess your needs and develop a plan specific to your new or chronic condition. Each doctor is highly trained and educated on current and effective treatment procedures that produce faster results. This is why every treatment session is one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
We focus each physical therapy treatment on listening to your concerns to discover the underling cause to why you are experiencing pain and/or difficulty with your daily activities. Each treatment session is specified to improve pain, limitations, and to achieve the best outcomes for your goals.
We have a variety of skill sets to provide you with to help meet your physical needs. Whether your goal is to return to a sport, activity, or improve daily pain experiences following an injury or surgery, we strive to expand your knowledge about your pain or injury and teach you how you can be an active participant in your recovery.
Live. Life. Now. : OCPT restores and promotes a healthy lifestyle by encouraging physical wellness to all its surrounding communities.

Dr. Victor Rusenescu, DPT is a native of Southern Orange County, California. He received his doctoral degree in 2007 from Loma Linda University. He started his passion for providing quality care in 1999 and has over 19 years’ experience in the field of physical therapy.
In addition to treating patients, Victor spends time building knowledge, both in Physical Therapy and related subjects such as sporting articles, food and diet recipes and new findings on techniques and strategies to continually advance his practice. This gives him the capacity and intuition to make clinical judgments and treatments to help specific clients when needed.
Victor not only shares his passion, knowledge, experience with his clients – he empathizes and relates due to his love for the outdoors and sports. He is an athlete himself and lives a very active lifestyle, including cycling, running, golfing and tennis. A lot of what his clients suffer from, he may have gone through himself and knows what it takes to get through the aches and pains to be able to avoid surgeries, injections or invasive procedures. He practices a holistic rehab process/approach daily, which is what he wants to teach and promote to his clients.
He and his wife, Janet, are committed to making OCPT a clinic based around helping others better themselves in regaining their everyday lives back. Janet is also in the healthcare field and works as a Perinatal RN at a local hospital. Together, Victor and Janet are dedicated to the service of helping others.
